Collected and inspired from a Ravelry forum's discussion about people who say they are bothered when you knit around them....

Responses:
- “Annoying? No, now THAT (poke, poke them with your needles) is annoying.”
- whip out an airhorn and sound it at the end of each row
- Tell the people around you to STFU
- "don’t watch me then”
- You annoy me when you watch tv while I'm knitting
- (silently raise an eyebrow and stare them down, don't look away, make them do it first)
